Before you start

• 20 questions, 45 minutes suggested.
• Nothing is marked until you submit. You can move between questions and change answers freely.
• The timer counts on past the allowance rather than taking the paper away. Overrun is recorded and reported, because pacing is part of what this is measuring.
• The pass mark is 75% — a convention we chose, not an external standard.
• The result tells you which competencies you did not demonstrate. That is the point of it; the percentage is a summary.
